WHAT IS A VALID QSO?

According to the new regulation of International Amateur Radio Union, the minimum requirement for a valid QSO on VHF and higher bands is a contact, where both operators during the contact,have mutually identified each other, received a report, and received a confirmation of the successful identification and the reception of the report.
